UK Medical Device Fee Increase in July 2025

UK Statutory Fee Increase for Device Registrations Effective 16 July 2025

The UK Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) has announced an increase in the statutory fee for medical device registration applications. Now until April 2026, the one-time application fee is £261. Starting 1 April 2026, the annual fee will be £300 for each GMDN Level 2 per category.
